VIP HOTSPOT started back in 2004

VIP HOTSPOT got the name from the acronym -  Very Important Person (that’s you!)

VIP HOTSPOT are on a mission to provide you with the most extensive, well built and stable WiFi network on the Costa del Sol, that uses the latest world leading technology.  With the help of our dedicated, highly skilled technicians and support staff, we have already accomplished the aforementioned network. But we are by no means finished.....

Our targets have not changed since day one, they are:

• Build you the largest, highest quality Wireless network across the Costa del Sol
• Provide you with a friendly multilingual customer support service
• Give you highly customisable Internet packages to suit any budget

Stability: WiFi is renowned for its instability during turbulent weather (and for those that live in Spain we know what the winter period can be like!).  Throughout 2009 our infrastructure has been completely re-designed from the ground up by some of world’s top network specialists and is so reliable that our up-time is now approaching 100%.

Support. This is one of the reasons VIP HOTSPOT was born, the founders of VIP HOTSPOT became increasingly frustrated with the lack of customer care and support in Southern Spain by both landline internet and WiFi internet providers, and we wanted to fill that void. Our sales and support staff are there for you no matter what questions you may have, and they all speak multiple languages. We will treat you as a human being, not a number.
